About Us
Blue Ribbon Farm is owned and operated by the Sipes family – John, Ginny, Charlie, (and sometimes) Noah.
We couldn’t do it without our wonderful staff; many have been with us for at least 15 years.
John is originally from Chicago where his father started it all, opening The Prairie House Garden Center in 1973. John came to Colorado for college at CSU where he met Ginny. A few years and a few satellite stores later, Blue Ribbon Farm opened to the public in 1992.
